Easy Penja Pepper Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients:
2 eggs
A pinch of Penja white pepper, freshly ground
A pinch of salt
1 tablespoon butter or oil

Directions:
In a bowl, crack the eggs, add a pinch of salt and freshly ground Penja White Pepper and mix well.
Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium heat.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and allow to set briefly before using a spatula to gently scrape the edges toward the center.
Repeat this process until the eggs are fully set but still juicy.
Remove the pan from the heat and serve the scrambled eggs immediately, possibly with a piece of toast or fresh bread.

Important instructions

• Storage: Store the pepper in a cool, dry place, preferably in an airtight container, to preserve its flavor and freshness.

• Degree of grinding: In order to develop the full taste, white pepper from Penja should only be ground immediately before use. The use of a pepper mill is recommended.
