Refreshing mint lemonade:

Ingredients:
1 liter of water
1/2 teaspoon mint crystals
1/2 cup sugar
Juice of 2 fresh lemons
ice cubes

Directions:
Heat water in a small saucepan until it almost comes to a boil.
Place the mint crystals in a heatproof bowl and pour over the hot water. Stir until the mint crystals have completely dissolved.
Add the sugar and keep stirring until it is also dissolved.
Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and mix well.
Put the mixture in the fridge and let it cool down.
Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the mint lemonade over it.
Garnish with a fresh mint leaf if desired.
